Sgt. Tracy Stuart of Stockton University Campus Police along with K-9 Hemi, participated in the USPCA National Detector Dog Trials at Stockton University in Galloway, NJ on May 20th through May 23rd.
The USPCA is the oldest and largest canine association in the nation and provides certification to a national standard for police dogs.
The purpose of this event was to bring together top detection dog teams in the nation for training, certification, and competition.
More than 100 teams from throughout the US participated.
Sgt. Stuart and K9 Hemi placed 1st in this event for explosives team�
