?Members of the NJLESA were in attendance at the memorial service of Fred Baker on July 30, 2017 at the Bayside State Prison where he was honored and remembered. The Executive Board had a memorial wreath sent on behalf of the NJLESA membership and it was prominently displayed at the service.
